Description

Entegra by Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Manager Sales Enablement Marketing to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and will assist in providing cross-functional marketing and project management support to the Entegra sales team. The purpose of this team is to accelerate the customer buying journey by focusing on professional associations and events, sales proposal support and sales/marketing tools.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Corporate partnerships and events

  • Drive lead generation and marketing activation within professional associations and events with on-site attendance and digital engagement
  • Develop and execute events, tradeshows and other experiential activations that supports the marketing and sales strategic plans.
  • Assist in handling event on site design, show logistics, internal communications, and post-event measurement/follow-up

Proposal management and support

  • Provide project management support, marketing and creative design for sales proposals, RFPs/RFI, and presentations.
  • Knowledge manager for proposal self service tools. Assist how Entegra’s brand story is used in sales presentations, pitch decks and proposals to support customer acquisition.
  • Tracking best practices and performance metrics around proposals

Sales and marketing tools

  • Lead and manage sales and marketing tools to improve sales effectiveness and marketing operations: Digital Asset Manager, Show pad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intent Data, Easy Generator, SharePoint, Marketing Automation/ CRM (Salesforce) and event management technology.
  • Track other sales and marketing operations resources in support of lead generation, sales/marketing effectiveness and performance metrics with the goal of continuous improvement.

Other needs

  • Assists in development and execution of digital marketing plans to drive new business and client engagement
  • Assisting in sales and marketing projects as needed to support brand awareness and business development


Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree  or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing and/or inside sales with strong knowledge of marketing tactics including digital marketing and live and/or virtual events, paid media, social media and others
  • Experience working with professional associations, corporate partnerships and tradeshow management
  • Strong working knowledge of sales and marketing tools such as marketing automation (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), internal systems and ways of working
  • Strong digital experience with an understanding of lead generation strategies 
  • Demonstrated strong project management, managerial sales, and administration skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a comfort level speaking to or presenting to small groups
